Cyber bullying is a real problem. Cyber bullying includes computer bullying - including  cell phones to harass, threaten, humiliate or otherwise hassle their peers.  More children are victims of neglect today. Parents are working much longer hours. Parents are not attending the parent- teacher meetings.
