It is a known fact that in any area of a profession that experience, experts eat their young. Instead of helping the newly published authors get over their blocks some, so call, experts destroy their young. I remember a new writer sharing a great idea and approach, but due to lack of experience, the experts denied that author the opportunity of becoming the best writer. Suppression is a slavery we subject each other to when we are continually throwing out the punches and blows. A real author accepts their mistakes and learns to develop new skills to help them reach their goals of creating the next masterpiece. I read some interesting books that were full of errors, but the author, believing in them self-kept right on submitting their work.
