Bentonite Clay

by Orjanette Bryant  There are so many homeopathic ways to manage your hair care needs.  Bentonite clay is by far one of my favorites. Bentonite is not dirt, but it is clay from the volcanoes. Enriched with calcium, potassium, sodium, and aluminum it can improve your health.  Although most people think it has to be export outside of the United States, in places like Mexico, it is also found in the Montana, and Wyoming or anywhere where there are volcano ashes. Some clay is imported and has additional properties to improve your health. Another name for bentonite clay is montmorillonite clay.   The use of clay for regularly improves eczema, dandruff, and other skin problems.     Using it as a clarify, detox, and enhance your hair shine, is a great reason to use bentonite clay.   There are so many variations on how to use the clay, but to simplify the process mix it with olive oil and water and add it to my favorite conditioners....

It has a pleasant aroma and is known to delay the graying process of your hair. Rosemary leaves an invigorating feeling on the scalp with a light tingling sensation. Kukui oil

Kukui nut oil is an essential fatty acids, this oil has great antioxidant properties and it derived from Hawaii.  It is great for hair because it coats and provides a nice shine, but can you tell me what is the difference between the essential fatty acid oil, essential oil, the monounsaturated, saturated oil and poly unsaturated oil?  All oils are not created equally and you who apply petroleum, vegetable, canola and mineral oil need to understand there are must better options.
