Writing increases your happiness
I began writing a few years ago and discovered it helped me release the negative energy I held onto.( I know propositions at the end of the sentence is grammatically incorrect, but who cares it is my thoughts!) Abused as a teenager, and through my teens years, I became a victim. I was so confused I thought to use, and abuse was routine. I published and wrote my first book and something stimulated inside of me; it was like a supercharge. I had finally dealt with the abuse, insults, and bruises inflicted on me. Yes, I became depressed to think my God would allow Me, of all people to feel uncomfortable with those emotions.
5HT - Serotonin is a pretty girl (neurotransmitter) like myself who requires much stimulation to be satisfied.
Here are some tips for improving the Serontin balance if you think you are depressed.
1) Increase the Tryptophan - eat chicken or turkey and brown rice and brown whole grains to increase your insulin production to move those neurotransmitters into the right place. Your body needs stimulation, maybe even lots of Sex.
2) Sunbath for 20 minutes- Vitamin D help with your bones, stomach, and your brain( immune system)
3 Get a massage - I enjoy my foot getting a full massage! Visit a Nail salon
4 Meditate- pray or use positive visualization to improve your brain health- Avoid your negative friends for one week and see what happens.
5 My favorite tip is Write to Release healing- Journal, but it is majorly important to focus on positive stimulations, not negative energy, give more life to good thoughts. I also share positive quotes before beginning my work day.
6) Use Melatonin and sleep for 6-7 hours a night- Yes, night, nighttime sleep is the best sleep and it keeps your rhythm intake. Vampire stays up at night eating of other's flesh.......... We are not carnivores, and we should sleep at night! A sick thought is staying up at night worried about other people and what they have, or what they are maybe doing.
7) Exercise 20 minutes a day. Movement and stimulation improve the kinetic energy so get moving and release pain, fear, and anxiety. Why do you think people who are anxiety pace? It is like a record going in the same direction. The body is naturally trying to sync, to determine a solution or escape- like that slow processing computer you work with every day!
