A chemical free approach to hair care

Nursing in the hospital in every area make you understand a little more about the disease, death, and dying.   I enjoyed hospice nursing, but I felt the focus was too much on death. I often wonder what happened to get this person to this final place of their destination.  Primary prevention and education were the scopes during my nursing training, but we fell to educate people to live a healthier life worry free of disease before they become ill.

I wrote Nubia's Guide to Going Natural to give people safe options and help them understand the importance of avoiding the man-made chemicals. This book is an excellent resource tool for the organic approach to hair care. The book begins with me sharing why I started the journey.  Our founders to the hair care industry,  creamy crack addictions, growth tips, hydration and moisturizing secrets, a report by CEH- Centers of Environmental Health about the shampoos that can cause cancer,  and my favorite Vloggers to help you learn more about how to work with the natural hair.

How to avoid the:
Methylisothiazolinone, PERFUME (FRAGRANCE), SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE,  IMIDAZOLIDINYL AND DIAZOLIDINYL UREA, PROPYL,"4-ABP, METHYL AND BUTYLPARABEN, acidic ingredients Triethanolamine or TEA and Diethanolamine or DEA.
All of these chemicals can potentiate nerve damage, cell death, and cancer.
I encourage you to read all product labels.

The chemical free approach is best to increase your longevity.

Remember if you can eat it then it must be good for your hair care!
