Age is only a number

They say when you reach my age everything goes South!
Well, I am a witness because my weight shifts into a downward slope.
They say when you reach my age, things do not upset you the same.
That is true because I find myself getting less verbal when I get upset and sometimes I just don’t give a darn.
They say when you reach my age the hearing gets dull.
I really thought it was tunnel acoustic reception!
They say when you reach my age makeup and accessories are necessary.
I don’t know because I don’t shop like I used to because who wants all that extra junk stored in their bathroom.
I am 5 from 50 and I pray to God that my big Five 0 is going to be a celebration of a life time, I say let’s all book a cruise and go to Hawaii 6/22/2021 to celebrate my big Day.
