My word for today is SO

As of today I leave it all into the hands of the God.   I was concern, which is honestly a undertaken of the word worried. I was worried about my sick son, brother, worried about money, bills, next job opportunity, book sells, friends, associates, the future, retirement, home improvement, taxes, my business, legal issues, and it seem like everything became overwhelming.  God does not put more on us than we can bear..    SO what that the thieves try to come, to steal kill and destroy your Joy.  The Joy of the Lord is my strength and this joy is  deeply rooted into my implanted into my spirit.  Claim the SO- Spiritual overflow Deutro. 28

Major health problems sometimes make people resort to alternative for hair styling.  For instance, after completing chemotherapy, it is important to find an organic regimen to help reduce drug to chemical interactions. Hair regrowth is goal for most woman who undergo medical conditions.   Protein and vitamins are necessary to restore hair. Essential to Hair Growth Fact

Hair is mainly protein with cuticles that overlap. Most hair grows an average of 1 cm – ½ inch each month.  Men grow their hair faster than woman on an average, but you will notice woman between the ages of 16-24 typically growing their hair faster. Men hair growth is believed to be related to hormones.   Woman between the ages of 40-50 hair changes, becomes drier, and more hair loss is noticed. Some people speculate it is related to stress, poor nutrition, hormones imbalance, and health conditions.  In my book Nubia's Guide to Going Natural I share oils that can help keep you in the Anagen phase of hair growth: Stinging Nettle and Saw Palmetto. Both oils reduce and block DHT, the hormone known to cause alopecia.   A lady shared with me she went out and purchased the two oils because she noticed her hair was thinning in the crown of her hair. She said the oils were not easy to find and she created a specialize mixture to improve the smell,  She said was grateful about the fa

National Society of High School Scholars ceremony at New City Academy of Medicine

The world is an amazing place and the people you meet along the way can teach you a lot. My son is an NSHSS member and such a great honor! We went to New York to join the special presentation and award ceremony. Although Claes Nobel did not make it, his video presentation captures everyone’s attention. The family legacy and mission is to improve lives and provide hope. I listened and took note of every word he was saying. It seemed as though he and I had a cup of coffee in the past because it was almost he had been speaking directly to me and sharing his inspirations throughout my life. The trip to New York Academy of Medicine is the dream of the healthcare provider and educator because innovation in our field is crucial. My son who has a weighted GPA of higher than 3.5, took his SAT at age 12, and currently dual enrolled in Bethune Cookman University , while taking all honors courses is going to college for computer engineering. He is absolutely brilliant!

Mushyia is so Entertainment

Image
True woman in business do not look for permission to make others laugh or be happy .  Many of you may know Mushyia from television.   She makes it her habit to embrace and make those around her smile.   I love her energy and OMG is she a beauty!   As genuine as a diamond, that she is, keeps it real and says what is on her heart.   From TV, modeling, natural hair, wigs, and beautiful black barbies, and much more.   There are few limits that can stop her from doing what God has placed in her heart, yes, She thought she was going to be in the ministry., Well!  She is a missionary on assignment talking more than some can even handle, unapologetic translations, deep from the south.   But she is ,oh so, entertaining. I love your spirit Gurl- Lol, " No eat no Red Lobster- a food chain, we only eat authentic lobsters and fresh foods that heal the soul! I tried to get the microphone, but her staff was not going to let it happen- we both did workshops synchronously and I only needed 5 m

To my sister- unedited version

I have a sister that travels with me everywhere.  She goes even when it is not in her best interest.   Guarding me with a shield she prays an anointing and shield a protection around me.    No, she does not always agree with me and it can be very tensed at times, but she refuses to allow my own interpersonal issue create an embracemment beyond repair.   She whispers in my ears and tells me to stay strong, stay focused, and yes you can do it.   She reminds me of Oprah and Gail, I wonder how they got a bound that withstands the rumors of stardom. I can not seem to ever pay her enough and I told her I owe you one million she said ,"Girl, please!," I said to her no I really mean it and if I gave you one million would you decline, as you always do? She seen my worse and pulled me out of a hole, the hole was so deep no one could reach me but she.  Sometimes she even went into that same hole jeopardizing her own life to get me out.   I remember something happen unimaginable and she
