Bentonite Clay

by Orjanette Bryant  There are so many homeopathic ways to manage your hair care needs.  Bentonite clay is by far one of my favorites. Bentonite is not dirt, but it is clay from the volcanoes. Enriched with calcium, potassium, sodium, and aluminum it can improve your health.  Although most people think it has to be export outside of the United States, in places like Mexico, it is also found in the Montana, and Wyoming or anywhere where there are volcano ashes. Some clay is imported and has additional properties to improve your health. Another name for bentonite clay is montmorillonite clay.   The use of clay for regularly improves eczema, dandruff, and other skin problems.     Using it as a clarify, detox, and enhance your hair shine, is a great reason to use bentonite clay.   There are so many variations on how to use the clay, but to simplify the process mix it with olive oil and water and add it to my favorite conditioners.   It removes toxins, minerals, bacteria, and metals

Why Rosemary for your hair ?

Rosemary Oil For your hair care  by Orjanette Bryant Author of Nubia' Guide To Going Natural   Rosemary oil is amazing for growth. It has a pleasant aroma and is known to delay the graying process of your hair. Rosemary leaves an invigorating feeling on the scalp with a light tingling sensation. It stimulates the scalp and follicle which aids in growth and relieves itching.  Foot note 27 ·          Has a pleasant, but herbally, sweet smell and can easily be used as a scalp aroma therapy. Scrubbing and massaging the scalp with the essential oil will help improve scalp stimulation and improve growth.  You may even notice thickening of the hair and increase follicles with the use of rosemary.   Rosemary is fairly inexpensive, and one drop goes a long way.  I highly recommend you apply it directly to the scalp without mixing any other oils.   Make sure you select high-grade essential Rosemary oil. Using rosemary or peppermint essential oils wit

OJB final tribute to Prince Rogers Nelson

Kukui oil

Kukui nut oil is an essential fatty acids, this oil has great antioxidant properties and it derived from Hawaii.  It is great for hair because it coats and provides a nice shine, but can you tell me what is the difference between the essential fatty acid oil, essential oil, the monounsaturated, saturated oil and poly unsaturated oil?  All oils are not created equally and you who apply petroleum, vegetable, canola and mineral oil need to understand there are must better options. Dream catchers grab this!

I will never understand this- Instead of collaborating, some people go through extreme measures to belittle, compete, and destroy the dream of the person who is on their way to success.                                                                                                                                                     OJB Collaborating improves the outcomes!

V itamin D is crucial in the different phases of hair growth. Vitamin D is a precursor to all growth cycles, and the liver converts it into Calcitriol. Our body needs Calcium and Calcitriol for the development of good strong, healthy hair. Vitamin D, Calcium, and Calcitriol controls and regulates the follicles by stimulating the cells. Without Vitamin D, the cells die, and hair follicle will become weaken and shed. Foods rich in Vitamin D include Salmon, eggs, tuna, mushrooms, milk, and other dairy products. Vitamin D supplements are extremely important if you suffer from chronic fatigue, weakness, and have aching muscles.  Vitamin D is supplied through the sunrays, although too much sun and exposure to Vitamin D can be toxic.  For more order your digital copy today  http://amzn.to/24pCkWT Reviews are always welcome!

Beauty undefined

Image
Some call it narcissism or arrogant, I call it loving something other’s hate. Looking in the mirror and telling yourself you are pleased with you is necessary at times. Telling yourself you are beautiful does not require an approval from a world, I remain non apologetic if you really have a problem with this. OJB We all are beautiful because God created us in his image.  Insecurity is shaped by society and people around us.  I want you to understand that it is acceptable to say it out loud. "I am beautiful!"  I rock my natural and am very confident in my own skin.  Looking for perfection and wanting acceptance is a real problem.  Why should someone validate you, when you can not even validate yourself.   It took a 60 years old to look at herself and feel confident with her image in the mirror.   Honestly it is important for you to look in that mirror, look again, and again at that image you are not comfortable with because someone did some unimaginable thing to you or s

Cyber Bullying

Cyber bullying is a real problem. Cyber bullying includes computer bullying - including  cell phones to harass, threaten, humiliate or otherwise hassle their peers.  More children are victims of neglect today. Parents are working much longer hours. Parents are not attending the parent- teacher meetings. Parents only communicating through their handheld devices with their children for less than 30 minutes a day.   They are searching the world wide web for a substitute of their parent's love and affections. I wrote a book to empower children, encourage them into share their vision, understand they are great, create their quotes, candid shots were displayed throughout the book. These images depict the beauty of our children. The children explain who they are and what they dream to become. Each image is posted along with a creative caption and subsidiary guide for parents was added by the authors enhance goal settings to improve our children's future. @orjanette @DanaCooper
